Clear Springs Park is located north of the TPC San Antonio PGA golf courses and the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort off Bulverde Road/Smithson Valley Road. Restrictive covenants of the subdivision specify residence size, type of construction, and use restrictions. There are no commercial lots in the subdivision. All building must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) which operates as part of the Property Owners Association.
Clear Springs Park is in Bexar County, outside the San Antonio city limits, and is in the Comal Independent School District. The area is sometimes referred to as “Bexar Bulverde" as designated by our fire department. The community is served by CPS for electricity and Guadalupe Valley Telephone Cooperative (GVTC) for telephone and internet. Water is provided by private wells, and sewer is by individual septic systems.
