New Home? or Adding To?

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC)  is responsible for ensuring that the deed restrictions dealing with construction in Clear Springs Park are adhered to by the property owners.  Before construction may begin on a new house, addition, fence, etc. plans must be reviewed and approved by this committee.

There are two subcommittees of the ACC - one dealing with New Construction and one dealing with Compliance.

The New Construction Subcommittee will review and approve all new construction plans, plot plans, and external design of structures (including gates and fences) according to deed restrictions, specifications, and setbacks.  Plans should be submitted to the subcommittee at least two weeks prior to beginning construction.  To download a copy of the New Construction Checklist,
