PICNICS
There are two picnics each year that take place in the spring and in the fall.  The picnics are open to all property owners and provide a time to meet the neighbors and discuss issues or concerns of the group. Watch the CSP Newsletters and bulletin boards for information.  The newsletters are sent out just prior to the picnics.  Come join us!

 

NEWSLETTER

Newsletters are sent electronically and go out several times a year.  If you have provided an email address then you should receive the newsletter.  Newsletters are also posted HERE.

POSTING NEWS

Clear Springs Park has two entrances to the sub-division; each entrance has an information board that is solely for the use of our residents. If residents have lost or found information, need to post items for sale, or need referrals for house or home issues, postings for security issues such as suspicious or criminal activities feel free to use the boards. The CSP Board will be posting information for community concerns as needed. Contact any board member if the board needs attention or updates. The posting will be removed after a reasonable period of time to keep the boards orderly and up to date.

GOOD NEIGHBOR COMMITTEE
Clear Springs Park has a Good Neighbor committee which serves to welcome new residents.  Contact any of the current CSP board member to forward information on new residents so they may be greeted and provided critical information as well as a welcome gift.  In addition to welcoming new residents, members of the Good Neighbor Committee are available to provide neighborly support to residents such as meals in time of illness or other need. The committee is open to all CSP residents who like to greet others.
