When you pay your membership fees to the CSP Property Owner's Association you may obtain a key to the park. This is a 14-acre natural area with picnic tables, natural springs and abundant birds and wildlife to enjoy. You are encouraged to visit, hike, and spend time in this beautiful area.

We want you to enjoy your time at The Park. To ensure your safety and the enjoyment of those who visit after you, we have posted some rules:

D.  After entering the park, using your padlock key for entry, lock the padlock behind you, and again upon leaving the area. Dues are welcomed at any time!

E. Please be careful of disposal of cigarette butts, matches, and other debris that can start fires.

I.  Burn bans are common for South Texas due to the drought conditions, if there is a Bexar County burn band in force there is to be no campfires or cooking with flames at the park; if there is no burn band, an off the ground barbeque cooking fire can be enjoyed but it must be in a metal pit or cooker – not on the ground. Please bring a water source, fire extinguisher, and a bucket to use creek water to put out the fire after use or for emergencies. Call the Bexar County Burn Band information number 210-335-0300 for information.

J. Camping, fishing, nature walks, and other outdoor activities are encouraged, however, for large events such a family reunion, camping, parties, please contact the CSP board President or Vice-President in case there are reasons to coordinate other activities. These events should have a CSP Property Owner or Resident to sponsor the event and be involved in the activity.

K. Use caution when hiking and climbing in the wooded and rock lined areas.

L. Call Local Law Enforcement at 911 to report any suspicious activity.  Additionally, contact a CSPPOA Board Member to advise them of the observed suspicious activity and the 911 call so a community-wide notification can be made if appropriate.
