Clear Springs Park is located in the unincorporated area of North Bexar County. All properties are serviced by individual wells and septic systems. In addition to the information here, note that we are also serviced by the Bexar/Bulverde Fire Department.

If your property is gated, we encourge you to register your gate code with the Bexar Fire Marshal's office so emergency vehicles can more easily enter your property. See the link below for the Bexar Fire Marshal.
