There are several ways you may notice that your water well is having problems.  One of the most obvious would be a decrease in the water pressure in your home.  This could be caused by several problems; it may be a function of the well, or it may be the “bladder tank” which is the pressure tank that provides a holding water source from your well to your plumbing in your house.  To help ensure the long term working of your well and your pressure tank, each should be housed in a structure that protects it from the weather.
